Read an awesome blog post from one of the many other students doing the Student Blogging Challenge.
Click the button that says comment.
Look at the blog again and decide what you liked about the blog.
Start your comment with a complement, because everyone likes it when you compliment them and their work.
After you compliment you should either ask a question, add more info from you previous knowledge or make a connection.
Be nice and specific!! It is really important that you are kind and sincere when posting a comment also be specific about what you liked in their blog posts. Don’t just say “it was cool” or “I liked your post”. Specify what you liked, “I loved how you described the tent with such intense detail.” or “I thought it was really funny how you described your room as a trash dumpster.”
Proof read you comment. There is nothing worse that a comment with bad grammar or spelling.
Don’t be afraid of exclamation points! They are super useful for expressing your excitement toward the subject. A lot of commenting videos and posts say to only use one, but I strongly disagree!
End the post with your first name, so that if the blogger comments back they can address your specific. Also add a link to your blog so that more people will visit your blog and leave you comments!
Click the post button and wait for the blogger to respond, but don’t be heart broken if they don’t respond.
